IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "Player") and plu77 ("plu77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the plu77 website at plu77.vip and all related services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
1.1 These Terms apply to all persons who access, browse, register on, or use any feature of the plu77 Platform, whether as a guest or registered member.
1.2 Your use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the plu77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4 If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21+ years of age to register and use the plu77 Platform. This age restriction is a firm legal requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). plu77 enforces age verification at registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to confirm eligibility.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is operated for and primarily directed at users located in the Republic of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. plu77 does not guarantee that the Platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on plu77:
2.4 By registering, you warrant that you are not an Excluded Person. If plu77 determines at any time that you are or have become an Excluded Person, your account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and any outstanding winnings may be voided in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the plu77 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. plu77 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify plu77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. plu77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.4 KYC Verification. plu77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws applicable in the Philippines. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by plu77 may result in account suspension and restrictions on withdrawals.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. plu77 will notify you via your registered contact information prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant account balances, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
4.1 Accepted Methods. plu77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. plu77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Deposits. All deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your plu77 account balance within seconds of a confirmed transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 to 60 minutes to reflect. plu77 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawals. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used to deposit on your account. The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to GCash or PayMaya within 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. plu77 does not charge standard withdrawal fees.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the plu77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). plu77 does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies.
4.5 Own Funds. You agree to deposit only funds that legally belong to you and are not the proceeds of any criminal, illegal, or fraudulent activity. plu77 is required by Philippine AML regulations to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
4.6 Withdrawal Holds. Withdrawals may be subject to a review period if plu77's risk or compliance team flags a transaction for investigation. plu77 will notify you of any hold and the estimated resolution timeline. Funds under review will remain in your account balance and will not be forfeited unless an investigation determines a breach of these Terms has occurred.
5.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the plu77 Platform is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or claim.
5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the plu77 system and a confirmation reference is generated. Bets that fail due to connectivity issues, system errors, or incomplete submission are not valid and will not be honoured.
5.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game, plu77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. plu77 is not liable for any malfunction in gaming software provided by third-party providers beyond returning the affected stake.
5.4 Suspicious Activity. plu77 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of collusion, fraud, match-fixing, exploitation of software bugs, or any other activity that plu77 determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. Such determinations are made at plu77's sole discretion, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures under Section 13.
5.5 RNG Certification. All non-live Random Number Generator (RNG) games on plu77 use certified RNG systems. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in a professionally operated studio environment. plu77 makes no representation as to future outcomes of any game.
6.1 plu77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty points, and other promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 plu77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account and accepted by a player will be honoured subject to its original terms.
6.4 Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are intended for personal use only. Any player found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, or exploiting mathematical advantage plays — will have their bonus voided and may have their account permanently closed.
6.5 Loyalty Points. Loyalty points earned through the plu77 loyalty program do not constitute real money and have no cash value until converted in accordance with the program's redemption rules. Point balances are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account closure.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plu77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 All content on the plu77 Platform — including but not limited to the plu77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of plu77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of plu77 intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
9.1 plu77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at plu77.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 plu77 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to plu77's legal obligations to retain certain records under AML and gaming regulations.
10.1 The plu77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plu77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 plu77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, or interruption of service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
10.3 plu77's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit plu77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 By plu77. plu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; (c) receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider; (d) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (e) regulatory or legal requirements; or (f) any other reason that plu77 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, warrants account action.
11.2 By the User. You may request closure of your plu77 account at any time by contacting plu77 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled, and any balance remaining after deduction of eligible bonuses will be refunded to your verified payment method.
11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the user, plu77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
12.1 plu77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risks associated with problem gambling. All users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the tools available in account settings.
12.2 Age Restriction. The plu77 Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21+ years in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. plu77 does not knowingly allow minors to access the Platform and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be made through account settings or by contacting plu77 customer support. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the applicable exclusion period.

13.1 Internal Complaint Procedure. In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus, or account action, you should first contact plu77 customer support via the Platform's live chat or support email. plu77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13.2 Disputes regarding specific game rounds must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the relevant transaction date. plu77 will not consider disputes raised after this period.
13.3 plu77's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection and gaming regulations to refer a complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
13.4 You agree not to initiate any chargeback with your payment provider without first raising the matter through plu77's internal dispute resolution process. Chargebacks raised without prior notification to plu77 may result in immediate account suspension.
14.1 plu77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, plu77 will endeavour to provide advance notice via your registered contact information.
14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plu77 Platform.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
